II. Approval of minutes for Planning Board Meeting of November 3, 2011.
III. New Business:
1. Site Plan 06-10-STCP-05669: Norman Westmoreland requests permit renewal for a Land Clearing and Inert Debris (LCID) Landfill located at 7984 Lester Road. The subject property totals 36.8 aces and is identified as Tax Parcel 16-01-0062-0-1109-00-004 (Parcel Number 0164617). The property is zoned AG.
V. Announcements: 1. Any decision of the Planning Board may be appealed to the Stokesdale Town Council within 15(fifteen) days of the Planning Board Date by contacting the Town Clerk. 2. Special Meeting of the Stokesdale Town Council and the Economic Development Committee will be held on Monday, February 6, 2012 at 6:30 pm for the purpose of discussing the NC Department of Commerce Small Town Main Street Program. 3. Budget Committee Meeting: Tuesday, February 7; 1:00pm at Town Hall. 4. Stokesdale Town Council Meeting; February 16, 2012; 7:30 pm, Stokesdale Town Hall. 5. Special Meeting of the Stokesdale Town Council and the Athletics & Recreation Committee will be held Monday, February 20, 2012 at 6:30 pm for the purpose of discussing community events with support from the Town. 6. Meet & Greet Workshops: Every Monday at Town Hall 6:30 pm. Everyone is invited - Past Councils, committees, boards, churches, associations and all citizens! Join these informal gatherings to exchange ideas about the Town.
