   I.  Call Meeting to Order

  II.  Approval of minutes for Planning Board Meeting of March 7, 2013.

III.  New Business:

1. REZONING CASE 13-02-STPL-00472:  6716 US Highway 158; CU-LI to CU-HB to permit the following uses: Sporting Goods Retail Sales (firearms) and Indoor Contractor Office. Located just west of US 220 on the north side of US 158. Tax Parcel # 0150636 in Bruce Township and totaling approximately 4.89 acres.  Owned by Matt Moorefield, WSJ Holdings, LLC. 

2.  Apac Atlantic – Site Plan – Case #13-01-STCP-00315: Located on the south side of Highway 158 west of US 220, in the town of Stokesdale. Being Guilford County Tax Parcel 0150637. This site plan proposes the relocation of the existing laboratory and updates to the existing machinery on the site. This site was established in 1994 under a Special Use Permit.  Zoned HI - SP.  Designer:  Capital Civil Engineering. 

  IV. Public Comment Period

   V. Announcements: 

                        1.   Any decision of the Planning Board may be appealed to the Stokesdale Town

                              Council within 15(fifteen) days of the Planning Board Date by contacting the

                              Town Clerk.  

                        2.  Stokesdale Town Council Workshop:  Friday, April 5, 2013 at 2:00 pm.

                             Discussion of the 2013-14 Budget and Reports about the Water Tank Washout.

        3.  Stokesdale Town Council Meeting; April 16, 2013; 7:00 pm, Stokesdale

              Town Hall.
